Date Event, location and other information
23-25/Apr/2009 Orwell Bluegrass Festival

This year we are not appearing as a full band as Grahame (the rat) is under a three-line whip to attend a wedding of some close relation or other. However, the rest of us will be there, making a nuisance of ourselves. I think we are down for some workshops and we will also be helping out at the Sunday Morning Gospel session.

30/Apr/2010 - 2/May/2010 Bordergrass 2010 at Weobley Hopelands

We are playing on Friday and Saturday in this very picturesque village.

Great to be asked back again. This year the festival is extended to a 4 day event, from the Thursday, but I think we'll be arriving on Friday due to work commitments. I hear that the concert hall has been saved for another year, so we look forward to playing there again; the sound there is always excellent.
9-11/Jul/2010 The Ely Folk Festival at The Ely City Football Club ground

We are delighted to have been invited to play at the Ely Folk festival in the Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon concerts.

15/Aug/2010 2:30-6pm Bluegrass Canal Boat Trip

Back on the 9/Sep/2006 we played at the Slough Canal Boat Festival where we met Vicky on her canal boat. She invited us to play on the amazing barge, Elsdale II, during a trip down the Grand Union Canal. This was a great success (despite Graham becoming so excited that his hands ceased to work towards the end of the show), and we have been invited back.
29/Aug/2010 Music Day at Minstrel Court

The organiser will have several bands playing during the afternoon. Follow the link (above) for more information.

30/Aug/2010 Kentucky to Kent UK 2010 at St Julians

If you have not been to St Julians may we recommend it to you as a great place to visit. We will be playing in the evening concert and running a meet the band session plus banjo, mandolin and fiddle workshops. Many thanks to Rick for inviting us. You can get a flavour of the day from the videos on the Music page of this site.

Each year, this festival improves, and we would warmly recommend it to all bluegrass fans and also to lovers of accoustic music.

11/Sep/2010 Go-Fest: Gower Bluegrass Festival, Gower Peninsula

Roland has persuaded us to take the risk of a journey to darkest Gower to play in this great one-day festival.
